Made with Hovis® Farmhouse Batch

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices of Hovis® Farmhouse Batch
  • 1 Teaspoon of butter
  • 1 Garlic clove 30g of shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 100g Oyster mushrooms
  • ½ Tablespoon of truffle oil
  • Chopped chives
  • Chopped parsley
  • A pinch of sea salt

Tip

Emmental and Gouda are great replacements if Gruyère cheese is a no show. Or swap Oyster mushrooms for portobello or button mushrooms.

Method

1

Toast 2 slices of Hovis® Farmhouse Batch bread, with butter, under medium heat for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. You can also use a toaster for this step but hold on the butter.
